ATTRIBUTION:Billy Wilder (b. 1906), Austrian–born U.S. film director, producer, writer, and Charles Brackett (1892–1969), U.S. screenwriter. Augusta (Claudette Colbert), Arise My Love, to Tom (Ray Milland) at the film’s end (1940).

This speech shows Augusta’s resolve to help convince America to intervene in World War II.
