Eufaula (yoo-FAW-luh), city (1990 pop. 13,220), Barbour co., SE Ala., on Chattahoochee R. (here forming Ga. line), and c.50 mi/80 km NNE of Dothan. Trade and shipping center, with boat connections, for cotton, peanut, pecan, and livestock area. Mfg. includes textiles, lumber prods., food processing, oil extraction, fertilizer, consumer goods.
