Thus, Tre [a town] gives Trefry, Tregengon, Tregony, Tregothnan, Trelawy, Tremayne, Trevannion, Treveddoe, Trewithen, etc.   1
   Pol [a head] gives Polkerris Point, Polperro, Polwheel, etc.   2
   Pen [a top] gives Penkevil, Penrice, Penrose, Pentire, etc.   3
