“A greyhounde shoulde be heded like a snake, And neked like a Drake; Foted like a Kat, Tayled like a Rat; Syded like a Teme, Chyned like a Beme.” (Dame Berner.)   1
        “Syded like a teme,” probably means both sides alike; a plough-team being meant.
