  Boiled Beet Greens Leeks on Toast

Dandelions

Wash thoroughly, remove roots, drain, and cook one hour or until tender in boiling salted water. Allow two quarts water to on peck dandelions. Season with butter, salt, and pepper. Serve with vinegar.
