Education (education.yahoo.com)—a free resource that enables educators to easily create a virtual classroom environment and communication center for their students—with selected full-text content from Bartleby.com’s library of the most authoritative reference services on the web.
Yahoo! Education’s reference area brings together all the essentials for any classroom project in one convenient place on the Internet. In addition to the Bartleby.com editions of Bartlett’s Familiar Quotations, Gray’s Anatomy of the Human Body, and The Oxford Shakespeare, Bartleby has provided to Yahoo! Reference our expert presentations of Houghton Mifflin’s The American Heritage Dictionary, Fourth Edition, and Roget's II: The New Thesaurus, Third Edition, as well as the CIA’s World Factbook 2000.
Bartleby.com also provides cobranded reference services to AOL@SCHOOL, Apple’s Sherlock search for the Macintosh OS, and Research Machines and Riverdeep’s Living Library subscription service.
