When assessing and completing, “The Readiness for Physical Activity”, I found that for the PAR-Q questions I answered “No” to all seven questions. Similarly, when it came to the Physical Readiness for Sports or Vigorous Training, I once again answered “No” on all five of the questions. Therefore, based on these results there are a couple of conclusions and implications for me to acknowledge. For instance, since I answered “No” to all of the Par-Q questions, it’s safe to say that I can start becoming much more physically active without needing to talk to my doctor before doing so. In addition to that, I now understand that I should take part in a fitness appraisal so I can determine my basic fitness and thus plan out the best way to incorporate
Physical Wellness- Physical Wellness encourages us to take care of our bodies by doing physical activity, eating well, and keep balance of metal health. The more you take care of yourself and the more you exercise, the more your physical wellness goes up.
The two principles of wellness are physical wellness and social wellness. Physical wellness means ability to recognize the benefits of physical activities and adopting healthy habits such as routine check-ups of vital signs, a balanced diet and exercise while avoiding the use of tobacco, drugs and excessive use of alcohol. Second, social wellness is characterized by the ability of an individual to connect with other people in the world and become aware of their importance in the society as well as take an active part in improving our surrounding by encouraging healthier living and build a better living space in the community (Hettler, 1976).
My current physical condition is excellent. I am playing many different types of sports which strength a range of muscles. I participate in the sports not only because I enjoy them but also because I am able to keep in shape. I am not only in excellent physical condition from my sports but also from my diet and sleeping patterns. I eat any type of vegetables and fruits including brussel sprouts and beets. I sleep for over eight hours by going to bed by nine thirty and waking up at six thirty. This gives me the perfect amount of energy to be able to start school on weekdays. This is why my current physical condition is exceptional.

Physical health is the good condition of your body. If you are physically healthy, you probably have a steady and balanced diet, exercise every day, have good hygiene. The collage also includes pictures of people exercising at a gym and playing sports, which shows good physical wellness because exercising and physical fitness is good for your body. There are also pictures of healthy food because having a healthy diet is good for your physical wellness. These pictures represent the physical wellness part of the health triangle because physical health is taking care of your physical body, and good hygiene, daily exercise, and a reasonable diet all influence your physical wellness. These images fit into my life because I practice good hygiene, eat healthy, and exercise on a daily basis.

It is also an active process through which you become aware of and make choices toward a more successful existence. Wellness involves the awareness of our current health condition in multiple dimensions with initiative and support to make lasting changes towards a more optimal life. A wellness-oriented lifestyle encourages to adopt habits and behaviors that promote better health and an improved quality of life. There are six dimensions of wellness include emotional, spiritual, environmental, physical, social, and intellectual. Each dimension of wellness is connected to another. Each dimension also has fairly effective to pursue an optimal health. Everyone needs to understand how to maintain and improve each demission of wellness in order to achieve an optimum level of wellness.

Wellness is personal. For most of my categories if I ranked it high in importance than I also ranked it highly in satisfaction. While things that I did not see as important I had less satisfaction with them. An interesting aspect in my wheel is that because I enjoy exercise those categories ranked decently high and therefore received high satisfaction. However, I realize that part of why I rank them as satisfying is because it is something that I have practiced and have done in the past. For people who have not exercised they would not have experience with the satisfaction it brings.
