Why Should You Be Chosen As A Staff Member

I worked with plugins here and there, and even got to set up SG maps. In fact 2 of the servers I even got OP'd so I could get more commands to the point where I gave out ranks to people who had problems with transactions, and didn't get their ranks. It was a lot of fun for me, and gave me more experience on servers. I was Mod/Helper on these other servers, and I absolutely loved helping out people answering question building doing all sorts of things. I set up shops and a couple of parkour courses to make the server a lot more fun and entertaining. I can spend 2-3 hours a day so in a week, maybe 21 hours in total, I will try my best to be on for as long as I can. When I was a builder I spent 2 hours on the server daily building and helping the community, when I'm a Helper I might spend like 4 hours on the server (Taking breaks here and there to relax). I can be a huge help I can be on this server a lot, and I'm confident I have what it takes to be a Helper. I can do so much for the server any time Owners/Admins need help, I will be there with building or whatever they need me to do and I will do it. I know a lot about plugins so I can be a huge help with that as well . Also what to do when people are not obeying the rules. I love playing minecraft and have been playing since 1.3 and never been banned on any server. Why do you want to become a staff member?:As I've said earlier I wan't to become staff because I enjoy it, I love making friendships with other staff and also with players. Some friendships you make with staff are some really close and bond able friendships, You are always talking and asking each other for advice or help. It's something you can't get as well as if you are just a player. Also I want to become staff because I really want to rid the server of hackers. i can be opn the server 6/7 days a week normally for 6-8 hours. Sometimes less because I am on summer, but then again sometimes more, because I am on summer.I understand I wouldn't be able to play but I think being staff would be something I would really enjoy and to help me gain experience for the real world, This would be a bigger step for me but I think I could handle it. I think that being staff on here would give me experience for a real job and to give me people skills. I think another reason I want to be staff is because I am a dedicated person and I do everything to the best of my ability, I will be getting up to 6 hours per day, If not more, and I will be on atleast 6 days a week.

I think I would be a great addition to the staff team because I enforce rules even if that is making me the bad guy. The server has rules and the server does not need rule breakers. I have been playing FaithFulhcf for about 3 maps now and I have made a lot of good friends on the staff team so that which have got demoted for reasons that I do not know. I want to learn about how to be a better staff member I have been watching Cbrady350's staff series and I think I could be a good staff member just like him. I try to do the best I can on the server and most of the time I succeed in what I am doing but if I fail I try again. I Think that if I was staff I think you should accept me because I want to ban hackers and keep the server clean I try to do that all the time with recording it and uploading it to the forums for staff to see and ban the hacker. I want to consider my time to the server in a positive way. like helping people in chat and helping people in the game and even in the FaithFulHCF TeamSpeak. I always ask questions before I do something and I was alone I would think before I do it. I know some parts of screen sharing people and I would love to learn more on how to screen share

I have owned a server for 5 years, so I am seasoned and knowledgeable when it comes to being staff. I have been a co-owner of a relatively popular server that will not be named due to confidentiality and the risk of being rejected. I have also been a moderator on another server for about 3 months now.

I have a lot of staff experience on my role of playing this game. To start this section, I was first staff on a small prison server. This was the first server I was actually staff on. On this server I applied in the early makings of the server and achieved a Helper promotion. This server was in BETA so only staff could join, there was a major amount of people in the staff team so It got around 10 players a day. From that day I got helper I went all the way from Helper to Administrator+. Admin+ was basically the highest rank on their server other than Owner / Co-Owner. On the server I helped the owner with plugins, and the staff team. I was a staff manager there and I took my job seriously and I was staff for around 2 months. From there I unfortunately resigned as the server died out and I lost contact

Staff handle things fast and it all around seems like a happy staff-team to be apart. I have been wanting be staff again because I miss the old days of being staff on other server's and just handling things correctly and doing my job. I never abuse which is always a common issue with some servers but doesn't seem to be a major one on this server. I do watch 2 of the server's youtuber's which is the Owner and MackemYT which is an old friend of mines ''I am zak mackem if you are reading this'' sorry but I had to say that. Anyway's this server seems like a good place for me to handle my staff duties on and play on basically. I like to make my applications original so if somethings arent things you hear on the daily it's because i'm diffrent yea i'm diffrent. I honestly think being apart of the team I can help out a lot of people because I am usually in the teamspeak at all times and on the server when I can be on the server. I know being staff is a lot of responsibility and there is some drama involved at some points but I do not like to get my self into the drama I rather just continue working and trying to get those promotions! 1. Why do you want to be staff? -I believe I should be staff on this server because I've always wanted to. This is a really good server to start with because this is the most trusted and familiar server I play on. Also I have plenty of ideas I could bring to the server. Such as rank ideas and plugin ideas.

I do not mess around and makes jokes in a big problem. I do not loose my temper at all. I am a very loyal and trustworthy person. I do not swear that much I really don't say "Easy" "L" such things like that. I am very experienced on screen sharing I know where to check. I wish to become staff so I can improve the server and make it greater for players and staff. I'd like to see the serer at it's peak, so I'll try everyday as hard as I can to improve it for the better. Rule-breakers are a great crisis for every community in Minecraft. They destroy the fun for players who actually like to play. I plan to eliminate them swiftly so they can cause no harm to threaten this community; in any way at all. Helping the server is something I always wanted to do, I can do this by creating guidelines for players and staff members so they can gain more experience. A main reason to why I think I should be staff is because I am quite the active player, I have been on everyday since I have joined for quite a few hours a day. I set high expectations for myself, and others so you shouldn’t worry about me doing a half-ass job while I am working with players. I can be a jokester at times, but when needed I am mature, and professional. I rarely get moody meaning that I wouldn’t log into the server and start taking my anger out on players and just ruin their experience on the server, instead I am genuinely a happy delighted person. I would want the players to stay, and invite friends to player, instead of causing them to hate me, and quit. I am also a very patient person so for example, I am screensharing a player.

I believe that you should hire me, rather than anyone else is because of my experience in running servers and moderating servers. This is an important because I already have an idea of what to look for and what necessary steps I need to take to prevent that action from happening or to stop it from happening even if that includes muting, kicking, temp banning or banning. The second reason why I think you should hire me is because of the amount of time I could donate to your server to help it become a better server for everyone by creating a fair and balanced community. The third and final reason why I think you should hire me is because I am mature and I know I could handle most, if not all situations that are thrown my way and not regret something I did with the administrative power given to me down the road.I think I have been motivated 80% by myself and 20% by my friends.
