WHO COMMITED THE LUNCHROOM MURDER? I think that that Customer C killed Fannin. The first piece of evidence that proves Customer C killed Fannin is that that the cash register had been rung up to 8.75 this is the exact total of Customers B, C, and D. This had to have been done before the murder, because the heel to toe footsteps that belonged to Ernie show that he walked to the cash register after mopping (footstep trail Y.) This was done before the robbery, because the only two reasons that he would’ve opened the register would be to either check someone out, or to give someone money during a stick up. We can tell that he wasn’t getting robbed, because the money’s still there. This allows us to rule out customer A. The second piece of …show more content…
Common sense suggests that if there is a right handprint on the wall, the shooter pulled the trigger with his left hand. Since C is left-handed, that means that they pulled the trigger. The final piece of evidence that points to C as the murderer is his silverware was on the left side of his platter. His coffee cup was also on the left side of his plate. Usually, if the silverware and cups are placed on the left hand side of the plate, it means that the diner is left handed. So this means that C is left-handed.WHO COMMITED THE LUNCHROOM MURDER? There has been a murder mystery in Ernie’s Lunchroom this Thursday afternoon. The racketeer named Five-Fingered Fannin had been shot by someone. The Five-Fingered Fannin was a racketeer. We think Customer C is guilty for shooting the Five Fingered Fannin. We have lots of evidence to prove it.
The ransom note comes into play here. In my previous complete section, I discussed the fact that there were no reported finger prints located on the ransom note when it was examined. The murderer would have to have been planning on doing said act for quite some time in order to leave no evidence behind.
After twenty minutes, Jennifer narrowed down the men to two possible suspects. There were certain characteristics of both men that matched the sketch and what Jennifer could remember several days ago when the incident occurred. Jennifer took a leap of faith and chose man number five, which was in fact Ronald Cotton. The authorities confirmed Cotton was who they also believed was the intruder that night. After that day at the station, Jennifer was convinced she had made the proper choice.
Walters was in his elevated bulletproof observation booth, built into the wall near the front entrance. He followed procedure and fired a tear gas cartridge, which hit one of the robbers in the back. Statements differ as to which one was hit. In any case, the tear gas gun jammed and Walters was out of the fight. One of the gang members sprayed the bulletproof glass with gunfire, shattering it but missing Walters. While one or two of the gang cleaned out the teller's cash drawers, another, probably John Hamilton, took bank cashier Harry Fisher to the vault. Tom Barclay, a bank employee, saw what was going on, retrieved a tear gas bomb from another office and threw it on the
Other evidence regarding Brandy is that she was the only one in the movie theater between 7:00-9:30 PM, the text messages that she sent John, her cat, and the type of car she drives. Furthermore, Sergio Jones alibes would be the liberian who remembers waking him up and escorting him out of the Denver Public Library(Schlessman Branch). At the moment, Sergio Jones does not have a direct motive toward killing John. Other evidence regarding Sergio would be that he was in a lab group with John, he was not in contact with John outside of class, the time he left the Denver Public Library, and the type of dog he has. Additionally, Bill Apple the moment doesn't have an albis of him leaving the Aurora Central Library. Bills motive for killing John would be that they both had a violent argument outside the hallway on Friday. Ther evidence toward Bill is that he was supposed to meet John in the library on Sunday at nine PM but because John never showed up he left at 9:30 PM, and the type of dog and cat that he has. Moreover, Ann Smith currently does an have an albis of working on the night John was killed. She currently has not motive for killing
Burglary was the first thought for a motive, but that theory was quickly abandoned. Nothing had been taken from the house. Also, once police had a chance to sniff around and question friends and neighbors, they zeroed in on a strong candidate for the killer.
Grinder. And she is the only witness. But the problem is that is she really didn’t see it first-hand. And her stories doesn’t keep much similarities with the others. So is she really reliable? I THINK NOT! If you analyze her accounts she said in her third account he walk to her door and nocked inquired her for some water. Then fell. She said that he was by himself before walking to her room. But the doctor said either or of those shot would “incapacitate” him. Also another thing pointing to the homicide is that the body of Lewis had no money on it while he came in with $120. But the owner had plenty of money when found for
Lucas saw a male Hispanic enter the front door of the business at approximately 1850 hours. The suspect walked throughout the store and selected the above clothing. The suspect brought the clothing to the front register, where Lucas was working. The suspect placed the items onto the cash register table and retrieved, what was believed to be US currency from his pants pocket. The suspect reportedly gave Lucas four one hundred dollar bills to purchase the clothing, which totaled $362.69. The suspect then grabbed the above clothing and ran out of the store’s front door, prior to Lucas giving him change. The suspect left the business in an unknown
There were no fingerprints found, but fiber evidence and biological evidence were collected at the scene. The reported time of death was 10:00pm Sunday night. We conducted a series of experiments to find the guilty suspect. There was a total of five suspects. Suspect one is Brandy Smith, John’s current girlfriend, she did have a strong motive to kill John; He had gone out with his ex and Brandy was very mad.
When Detective Mike Baskin arrived at the scene, he too gave no thought to fingerprints or any other physical evidence. His first priority was to find the girl and to find the light-colored pickup truck. Those who were present at the scene told him about the happenings, he did not by himself investigate. Furthermore, he did not investigate Haraway’s car, which was parked at the crime scene. They did acknowledge that it was her car (manager pointed this out), but no one thought of looking for any physical evidence. Also, even Detective Baskin did not bother to check what the manager threw away. All the information, – such as how much money was stolen, her purse and her car, everything was told to Detective Baskin, he did not bother to check by himself. In the end, all the law enforcement officers left the crime scene without securing it and allowed the manager to lock up the store.
Mr. Moore stated that he hid money under his cash register, in his shoe, and took ten dollars to his vehicle. Mr. Moore stated that it is his first time taking money. He has only worked the cash register 4 times this season. The foods department was contacted and
This is the location where the robbers first entered and started to fire. Both robbers made an illegal withdrawal at the bank and held people hostage inside the bank’s volt. One of the bank’s personnel was held at gunpoint and forced to fill up a duffle bag with money from the volt. They caused thousands and thousands of dollars of damage to the bank. The parking of Bank of America would be a crime scene as well, this is the area in which multiple police officers and civilians were shot and injured. In this location there were approximately 50 police officers involved in the shootout. The residential area in which both robbers lead officials would be another crime scene. Here both individuals were gun downed and killed. Phillips one of the armed robbers was killed by a semi-truck after his AK 47 failed on him and he used a small pistol to fire back at officers. Mătăsăreanu was shot multiple times in the middle of a street, in which later caused his
