Anne Sheldon Coombs (1858–1890)

Coombs, Mrs. Annie (Sheldon). An American novelist; born at Albany, NY, 1858; died in 1890. Her home was in New York. She wrote: ‘As Common Mortals’ (1886); ‘A Game of Chance’ (1887); ‘The Garden of Armida.’
