Lorents Henrick Segelcke Dietrichson (1834–1917)

Dietrichson, Lorents Henrick Segelcke (dē-trik-son). A Norwegian poet and historian of art and literature; born at Bergen, Jan. 1, 1834; died in 1917. While an undergraduate in the University of Christiania, he composed many clever student songs which were collected and published in 1859. He published the poem ‘Olaf Liljekranz’ in 1857, and ‘Kivleflåtten’ in 1879. His writings on art and literature are numerous and of high authority.
