Dole, Charles Fletcher. An American prose-writer; born at Brewer, ME, May 17, 1845; died in 1927; a Unitarian minister of Boston. He is the author of: ‘The Citizen and the Neighbor’; ‘Jesus and the Men about Him’; ‘A Catechism of Liberal Faith’; ‘The American Citizen’; ‘The Coming People’; ‘The Spirit of Democracy’; ‘The Burden of Poverty.’
