Gerbert de Montreuil (Thirteenth Century)

Gerbert de Montreuil (zher-bār’ de mô-trė-y’). A French poet of the thirteenth century. His most noted work is a continuation of the ‘Perceval’ of Chrestien de Troyes. Another production, of about 1225, is the ‘Romance of the Violet.’
