Ferris Greenslet (1875–1959)

Greenslet, Ferris. An American author and editor; born in Glens Falls, NY, June 30, 1875; died in 1959. He was associate editor Atlantic Monthly (1902–7); and literary adviser Houghton, Mifflin Co. after 1907. He published ‘Joseph Glanvill’ (1900); ‘The Quest of the Holy Grail’ (1902); ‘Walter Pater’ (1903); ‘Life of Lowell’ (1905); ‘Life of Thomas Bailey Aldrich’ (1908).
