George Claude Lorimer (1838–1904)
Lorimer, George Claude. A noted American pulpit orator; born in Edinburgh, Scotland, in 1838; died at Aix-les-Bains, 1904. He was editor of the Watchman in 1876. Among his published works are: ‘Under the Evergreens’ (1872); ‘The Great Conflict’ (1876); ‘Isms’ (1882), etc.
