George Horace Lorimer (1869–1937)

Lorimer, George Horace. An American journalist and author, son of Rev. George C. Lorimer; born in Louisville, KY, Oct. 6, 1869; died in 1937. He was editor of the Philadelphia Saturday Evening Post. He wrote: ‘Behind the Veil of Isis,’ and ‘Letters from a Self-made Merchant to his Son’ (1902); ‘Old Gorgon Graham’ (1904); ‘John Spurlock—Prodigal’ (1908).
