William Channing Nevin (1844–1920)

Nevin, William Channing. An American lawyer and journalist; born in New Athens, OH, Jan. 1, 1844. He was admitted to the bar in 1871; and wrote for Philadelphia journals. His works include: ‘History of All Religions’ (1871); ‘Ghouls and Gold’ (1885); ‘In the Nick of Time’ (1886); ‘A Summer School Adventure’ (1887); ‘Our New Possessions’; ‘A New Start in Life.’
