Anna Campbell Palmer (1854–1928)

Palmer, Anna Campbell [“Mrs. George Archibald”]. An American author and journalist; born in Elmira, NY, Feb. 3, 1854; died in 1928. Among her published works are: ‘Verses from a Mother’s Corner’ (1889); ‘The Summerville Prize’ (1890); ‘Lady Gay and Her Sister’ (1891); ‘Three Times Three’ (1899); ‘Joel Dorman Steele, a Biography’ (1900); ‘In the Blue Country’ (1910).
