Nikolai Pavlov (1802–1854)

Pavlov, Nikolai Philippovitsh (päv’lov). A Russian story-writer and poet; born at Moscow, 1802; died in 1854. He wrote: ‘Mary Stuart,’ a tragedy (1828); ‘Lyric Poems’ (1831); two series of ‘Stories’ (1831–35); and a series of ‘Dramas’ (1850).
