Adams, Hannah. An American literary pioneer; born at Medfield, MA, 1755; died at Brookline, MA, Nov. 15, 1832. Her principal works were: an ‘Autobiography’; ‘History of New England’ (1799); ‘History of the Jews’ (1812); besides several writings on topics connected with religion.
