Joseph Bernard Rosier (1804–1880)

Rosier, Joseph Bernard (rōz-yā’). A French dramatist; born at Béziers, Hérault, Oct. 18, 1804; died at Marseilles, Oct. 12, 1880. His comedies include: ‘The Husband of my Wife’ (1830); ‘A Criminal Case’ (1836); ‘At Thirty Years’ (1838); ‘The Protégé’ (1839); ‘Raymond’ (1851); ‘Every One for Himself’ (1856); and many others.
