Charles Sangster (1822–1893)

Sangster, Charles. A Canadian poet and editor; born in Kingston, ON, July 16, 1822; died in 1893. He was editor of the Amherstburg Courier (1849), and published ‘The St. Lawrence and the Saguenay, and Other Poems’ (1856), and ‘Hesperus: Poems and Lyrics’ (1860).
