John Banister Tabb (1845–1909)

Tabb, John Banister. An American educator and author; born in Virginia, 1845; died on Nov. 19, 1909. He was professor of English literature at St. Charles College, Ellicott City, MD. He wrote: ‘Poems’; ‘Lyrics’; ‘An Octave to Mary’; ‘Quips and Quiddits’ (1907).
