Upham, Charles W. A Unitarian minister and writer; born in St. John, NB, in 1802; died in 1875. He published ‘Lectures on Witchcraft,’ etc. (1831); ‘Life of Sir Henry Vane’ in Sparks’s ‘American Biography’; and made numerous contributions to the North American Review, Christian Examiner, etc.
