Blackwell, Alice Stone. An American journalist and suffragist; born at East Orange, NJ, Sept. 14, 1857; died in 1950. She published: ‘Armenian Poems’ (1896); ‘Songs of Russia’ (1906); ‘Songs of Grief and Gladness’ (1908).
