Alice Williams Brotherton (1848–1930)

Brotherton, Mrs. Alice (Williams). An American poet and magazine-writer; born in Cambridge, IN; died in 1930. She was a resident of Cincinnati, OH. Her chief works are: ‘Beyond the Veil’ (1886); ‘What the Wind Told the Tree-Tops,’ prose and verse for children; ‘The Sailing of King Olaf, and Other Poems’ (1887).
