William James Dawson (1854–1928)

Dawson, William James. An English poet; born in Towcester, Northamptonshire, 1854; died in 1928. He was a clergyman by profession. His works include: ‘Arvalon: A First Poem’ (1878); ‘A Vision of Souls’ (1884); and ‘Poems and Lyrics’ (1893); ‘Savonarola’; ‘The Quest of Simple Life’; ‘America and Other Poems’ (1914).
