How many correct experiments do we need to disprove theory? How many do we need to prove a theory? Explain.

Expert Solution
To determine

To determine: The number of experiments required to validate any theory.

Answer

Answer: Any experiment is based on one or another theory and these theories are the combinations of various known facts and various non practical hypothesis of virtual science. Due to certain set of condition and parameters, a particular theory is designed and it changes from time to time and person to person depending upon perception of individual for the same incident.

Explanation of Solution

Explanation: Any theory derived for any incident is based on certain set of conditions like physical value, apparatus used, method of processing and surrounding. These theories changes by changing any of the factor in the respective way. One cannot validate any theory by certain combination of experiment because by the change of any factor the experiment will not give the same result as it needs to be.

Conclusion: Therefore, there is no definite number of experiments that needs to perform for the validation of any theory as right and wrong
