• Technical skills: These skills enable the front line employees with the techniques, practices, tool and processes that helps them to perform the technical tasks of which is required by the company.

The managers of the Camp bow wow requires the above managerial skills to some extent whereas the proprietor of the company Sue Ryan should and must have the conceptual skills to think as a whole about the company and improve the business according to the market values and trends.
