Hi Mrs. Williams
I want to take a moment to chat with you about the change of positions that have occurred this past week. As we transition into this new change, I want to make sure we are on the
same page to help improve our department. My hope is that you and I can work together to build a compelling vision for our future here at Mountain Community Hospital. You displayed exceptional skills in this position the previous two years, and I think that us collaborating will help our department achieve as much as possible. For us to work together effectively, we must work as a team and communicate effectively. I strive to have an open-door policy for all my staff
and encourage you to come to me with any questions, comments, or concerns on anything. Your previous experience as acting director has built loyalty and trust within the department, and I hope to build that same relationship with you. I know this change has been difficult and probably
not what you expected, but with both our expertise and knowledge, I believe we can learn a lot from one another and create a real difference in our department.
