2 SCRIP Assessment Write a 50-word paragraph for each of the School of Education’s five SCRIP Dispositions. Social Responsibility: When it comes to social responsibility as teachers we must form respect. It is important to build a safe and comformable environment. Teacher, colleages, and peers should have a respectful relationship amongst each other. Having open communication that respectful to build the classrooms together is important. Treating other an you would like to be treated is social responsibility. Never undermind anyone to make this feel some type way. Commitment/Work Ethic: Commitment and work ethic teachers must be wiling to teach students and help them achieve their goals. Being committed to the students and showing that a safe and comfortable environment will create a atmosphere with teachers and students. Showing the students that you support that will help the better achieve things in life. Showing up to work shows the students that you care about them because you are going over and beyond as their teacher. As teachers each year you must sign your contact and obey what is stated inside. Reflection: There are many things to reflect on as a teacher. After each lesson the teacher should reflect on how it went, what can be changed, and how did the students do with that lesson. Also, teachers can reflect on how that lesson was taught , could their be any improvement to that lesson for the students. I believe that no child should be left behind it is important to understand that all students do not learn the same way.
3 Integrity: “Integrity requires students, teachers, and members of the academic fraternity to conduct themselves within an established academic code of conduct.” (Study.com) Being a teacher integrity has to be instilled in both the students and the teachers. Instilling that things are being done indent and in order. This applies to teachers entire role as an educator. Professionalism: Professionalism is key in every job. Teachers must show professionalism towards the parents and students as well as to colleagues and administration team. Professionalism must be een in emails, any type of communication, in person conferences or meetings. When you show professionalism the students are aware of the respect that needs to be given.
