If we look at Apple world ranking, according to Forbes report of 2023, Apple holds the sixth position in the world of committing and fulfilling the social responsibilities on this planet. Apple has a commitment to becoming carbon- neutral by 2030. Apple also promise that Every Apple product will be made with clean energy and even more recycled and renewable materials. Apple also treats all employees equally and also give them equal right to express their religion and helps them by accepting their identity. Apple also paves the way for breakthrough carbon-free aluminum smelting method. According to Apple, it has its manufacture partners that support over 13 gigawatts of renewable electricity around the world, it is projected that nearly 30 percent increase from the year 2022 to 2023. Earlier apple used to depend on thermal commission which releases Carbon green house gases. Since apple need to fulfil its commitment apple saw renewable source of energy as a good alternative. Issue apple is facing is with the cost that’s why apple is slowly spending on renewable source of energy. Apple promise its customers using apple products helps you to protect data from other hackers and leakers. However, it is reported that apple itself uses data and show the users the personalized advertisement eliminating the competitor. Apple also promotes inclusion and diversity that create a culture of inclusion, increasing representation across teams, and holding ourselves

accountable at every level. Workforce of apple is divided as follows :- However, apple has also criticized for sexual harassment on30th august 2021, because of that, apple promised to investigate and took action on accused person by firing that person from the company. Apple also keeps an eye on suppliers of the business. Company always try and keep and motivates suppliers to ensure to follow and address labor rights violations, promoting safe working conditions, and minimizing environmental impacts within its supply chain. Apple ensures responsible sourcing in its supply chain through its Supplier Code of Conduct and Responsible Sourcing of Materials Standard. These methods apply to all levels of Apple's supply chain, including traders, suppliers, mining companies, and operators of collection recycled minerals used in Apple products. In 2011, it was reported that some of Apple's suppliers in China were releasing toxic chemicals into the environment and improperly disposing of hazardous waste, leading to pollution and health risks for nearby communities. Apple took immediate action to address this issue. They conducted investigations, worked with suppliers to improve waste management practices, and implemented stricter environmental standards in their supply chain. Apple also increased transparency by publishing an annual Supplier Responsibility Progress Report, which includes information on environmental performance and initiatives. One more incident is that, Apple has faced in its supply chain is the use of child labor. In 2010, it was reported that some of Apple's suppliers in China were employing underage workers. Apple took immediate action to address this issue. They conducted investigations, terminated contracts with guilty suppliers, and implemented stricter auditing and monitoring processes to prevent future violations. Apple also increased its efforts to educate suppliers about their responsibilities and the importance of labor laws and ethical standards. Apple also has a famous example and issue
