DSC Dominance Supportiveness Influence Conscientiousness 60% 59% 57% 55% The DISC evaluation scores highlight my productive strengths and shortcomings, assessing my ability to work in groups, lead, and communicate effectively. While I usually agree with the results, I believe that my supportiveness skills should be higher based on my own assessment and interactions with others.

This test provides insight into how external circumstances influence individual accomplishment, and it is relevant to my understanding of success and achievement. 5. Type A Impatience / Irritability 42% It represents my self-perception as a tolerant and understanding individual. I generally agree with my score because I try to maintain peace and harmony in my interactions, even if I face difficulties or frustrations along the road. 6. Self-Control and Self-Monitoring Ability/ Willingness to alter behaviour 71% The Self-Control and Self-Monitoring evaluation is strongly tied to how well I handle my anger and aggravation. I strongly agree with the decision since it is consistent with my concept of my ability to change my behavior when
necessary. 7. Self Esteem Ability to deal with rejection 74% This represents my ability to blend in and handle public opinion, as well as my strong sense of self and fortitude in the face of rejection based on the perceptions of others. While I largely agree with the results, I believe my capacity to deal with rejection should have been higher, as I consider myself to be strong-willed and capable of developing my own personality despite external evaluations. 8. Machiavellianism MACH - IV 62% This illustrates my devious disposition and propensity to hide information for selfish gain. While I accept the score, I am aware that it may indicate a stronger preference for strategic thinking and deliberate decision-making. 9.
