Clear Approach for Analyzing and Designing A clear approach for analyzing and designing is required to deal with a complex field. There are steps you need to follow including Scope Determination, Scenario Classification, Analysis and Design, and Dependency Analysis. The use of these steps and following them in chronological order will help allow you to have a clear and defined approach to analyzing and designing an e-Business.
Scope Determination
The first step is to determine the scope of a scenario, you must consider multiple things. First you must decide which of the organizations would be excluded, and which organizations would be included. Second, you must decide which activities would be excluded, along with which would be included. This is your starting point as many e-Business scenarios may not only include one scope but can also include multiple scopes which can make this task more complex. Scenario Classification
The second step is to classify the scenario based on the parties involved. These parties include the Business (B) Party, the Consumer (C) Party, and the Government (G) Party (Grefen, 2016). If you are not able to determine the party, this mean that you have not properly determined your scope and should start over, which is why it is so important to determine if multiple scopes are involved. Parties and scopes can be too broad or too narrow, which tells you that you need to redefine your parties and/or scope. Scenario classification steps include defining

The MGMT Insurance Ltd. accepts payments on various insurance policies from employees of businesses across the island. These businesses deduct payments from employees’ salaries and pay the insurance company a lump sum each month. This total amount deducted is shown on each employee’s payslip. Deductions are due at the end of each month and each participating business submits one payment for its employees to the insurance company via online payments through the bank. However, if payments were received after 11:00 a.m., the bank does not process them until the next business day. At the beginning of each month an administrative assistant at MGMT Insurance Ltd. downloads the deductions for each company and allocates payments to the various policies. Q) Marketing system provides some useful insights regarding the sales order. Different departments use this information. For instance, the production process uses this information to forecast the expected sale for next month. The production clerk uses this to create an online production schedule. From this schedule, the system automatically prepares weekly online work orders to be used by the production department.
The production supervisor assesses the work orders from his terminal and prepares the necessary paper-based move tickets and materials requisitions. Then, the move tickets and two copies of the materials requisitions are distributed to each work centre. Later, work centre employees submit the two copies of the materials requisitions to the warehouse in exchange for materials and sub-assemblies. If additional new materials are needed beyond the standard quantity, the supervisor issues additional materials…

of the accident. They initially collected the evidence and after making analysis and integrating the
