This workbook covers the unit of competency BSBTWK401 Build and Maintain Business Relationships. Successfully completing this unit will give you the skills and knowledge to establish, develop, and maintain good working relationships and networks. To do this, you’ll use your relationship-building and negotiation skills. A broad knowledge of networking and negotiation will help you to solve complex and unpredictable problems. You will also practise analysing and evaluating information sources to help build and sustain effective relationships and networks. In this workbook, you will learn to: establish business relationships through networking and communication channels maintain business relationships by using communication techniques and problem solving, and by seeking advice build and improve business relationships including seeking and responding to feedback. Make sure you complete the reading and the activities as they will prepare you for the assessments.
