Answer 1)
One of the major risks that any food industry would have when starting their business in other countries is the taste and choices of the local customers. To avoid such a kind of risk food company should run some kind of testing like offer low-cost products to the customers and ask them to give the feedback after tasting it will help the food company to get into the tastes and preferences of local customers and with the help of the suggestions given by the people, they may make some changes in their food. And second thing which I observe is that which is actually reality that burger king like they sell burgers and it is a fast food that is the major cause of weight gaining so like if we talk about America, it is an overweight country so to start a food chain there is one of the biggest changes to start a business in health-conscious country. Answer 2) Miami is the headquarter of the burger king where it expanded was Miami. So, the first client of them were from Latin America So their taste stuck to their limits. Miami is also one of the tourist places where many people come to explore so when they walk around there, they would see burger king logos all around so it was one of the advertisements of the burger king for the people from other places. According to me relationship with others plays the biggest role in expansion of the burger king chains to the other nations like America and make a huge profit.

Following are questions which might help to better understanding the reasoning behind.
