Les presento un plan de gestión de recursos humano para una empresa de logística y
trasportación. La empresa consta un departamento de recursos humano, un departamento de
contabilidad, departamento de compra, departamento de inventario y almacén, departamento de
transporte y distribución, camioneros.
Recursos humano-
Consta con 3 empleados los cuales tienen la responsabilidad de
seleccionar y contratar a los candidatos. Aplicar las medidas disciplinarias, actualizar las
políticas de la empresa y son los encargados que lo empleados se sientan cómodos y
motivas en su área de trabajo.
Contabilidad y Finanza
- Costa con 4 empleados, estos estarán a cargo de toda la
contabilidad y finanza de la empresa. Son los encargados del pago de nómina.
Departamento de Compras
- Costa con 5 empleados. Son los encargados de la
búsqueda de clientes y compras de materiales o equipos que necesite que la empresa.
Departamento de inventario y almacén
- Tenemos 10 empleado en este departamento.
son los encargados de los inventaros de las cargas y métodos de almacenamiento.
Departamento de trasporte y distribución
- tenemos 3 empleados en este departamento,
este se encarga de distribuir las cargas a los camioneros y rutas de forma equitativa.

Las estrategias de reclutamiento que utiliza la empresa te ayudan a definir los objetivos de
reclutamiento y revisar las estrategias anteriores y actualizar en caso necesario. Algunas de la
estrategia que estaremos utilizando es ofrecerle una forma de aplicar fácilmente. Darle
promoción a las posiciones que deseamos contratar y la descripción de cada una de ella. Mejorar
la experiencia de los empleados y realizar entrevistas conductuales. La compañía le ofrece a los empleados seguro médico, compensación por enfermedad, pago
de seguro social y retiro, días federales libres pagados, vacaciones, bonos dependiendo el
desempeño del empleado. Cada 6 meses hará una actividad familiar con comida juegos para
todos. La compañía costa con un programa de training que los empleados deben hacer anualmente.
Como el repaso de nuestras políticas, muestra visión misión en la compañía, Adicional a eso
cada departamento costara con training online dependiendo de sus responsabilidades o deberes y
estos se harán de manera virtual anualmente también. Cada 2 meses se hará unas reuniones
matutinas compulsorias para el repaso de las normas de seguridad. Cada departamento constará comuna rubrica de desempeño, esta se estará realizando cada 6
meses o antes de ser necesario. A diferencia de los camioneros cada camión tendrá una cámara
que estará grabando desde el momento que el enciende el camión hasta que llegue de regreso a
nuestra empresa, esto nos ayuda a tener el control que nuestros camioneros estén siguiendo la ley
y cumplan con el límite de hora que exige la ley. Como también estaremos obsevardo el
desempeño de casa uno de ellos.
