At this current time, the company’s user review rating is currently averaged at 3.2 stars out of 5, but with this training, I believe that customer will rise, and the company will have more repeat customers. 2. We should decide to provide a communication skills training to the staff, because learning how to build collaborative relationships can improve customer service, fostering cross-cultural understanding in the workplace could increase productivity with teams and managers, and eliminating communication roadblocks can improve trust with customers and lead to increased total revenue. 1

By teaching employees effective ways to communicate with customers successfully, we could potentially improve our customer ratings, which have been on the decline recently, and increase our customer’s loyalty to us. 5. While the course is a considerable investment, it is a necessary one; as nurturing our employees’ communication skills will not only see an eventual return in the 27% of total revenue lost as a result of the lack of such skills, but it will also boost future profits as our customer relations grow stronger. 6. With the amount of knowledge our technical support has, it would be very beneficial for them to communicate to clients in the most simple way possible. 2
