Verbal communication is the most efficient way to give instructions, corrections, or directions to a group. If it's not given, miscommunications, annoyance, and decreased productivity could result. It facilitates the setting of guidelines and limits in team dynamics, enabling a group to accomplish the intended result. Today's population is more receptive to visuals, therefore visual communication is also an effective means of communication. An issue is
also more likely to be grasped as a whole if it is presented visually. Visual collaboration leads to improved teamwork, alignment, and communication.
Since information may be clearly transferred to the other person, face-to-face contact is the most successful and is what I prefer. It is possible for two people or a small group of people to interact face-to-face during an interview or small meeting; in these situations, communication can occur in both directions. Clarity is always possible due to the constant fast input.
Yes, I did prepare a communications plan. It's crucial to establish the connections between audiences, messages, channels, activities, and materials. The manager will benefit from the planning process by knowing exactly who to contact, what to tell them, and how to get in touch with them.

Regarding the library construction project, it is imperative to acknowledge and consider the apprehensions of stakeholders who may vehemently object or reject the initiative. I think that
by using practical tactics, it is possible to get their support and alter their viewpoint. These tactics
include open and transparent communication, stakeholder involvement, addressing issues, relationship building, highlighting benefits, collaboration and compromise
