Chromebooks Promethean Boards (Smart Boards) Projector 2. How often should technology be integrated in the classroom/lessons? Incorporating technology into the classroom should be guided by the students’ needs and the goal of enhancing their knowledge. When technology is capable of meeting these needs and goals, it should be incorporated as often as possible. In the case of visual learners, technology can be utilized to enhance the learning experience of students by providing visual aids and interactive content. Additionally, technology provides access to a wide range of information and resources on a particular subject if we wish to expand our knowledge. 3. How can technology play a role in literacy development in the classroom?  Enhancing Learning Opportunities o Technology literacy helps students browse media, conduct research, and find reliable sources of information. Through the use of technology, students can expand their thinking, expand their understanding, and engage in personalized learning experiences (Why is Technological Literacy Essential for Students?, 2023) .

 Fostering Critical Thinking and Problem Skills o Technological literacy promotes critical thinking and problem-solving skills that are essential for students in a complex and dynamic world. Through technical literacy, students become active problem solvers who are able to apply logical thinking and creative thinking to overcome obstacles in various areas of life (Why is Technological Literacy Essential for Students?, 2023) .  Improves Communication and Collaboration o Technological literacy facilitates seamless communication and collaboration between students and people from different backgrounds. Technology allows students to interact with peers, teachers, and experts around the world, promoting cultural understanding and global cooperation. Technological literacy enables students to harness the power of digital tools and platforms to collaborate effectively and efficiently (Why is Technological Literacy Essential for Students?, 2023) .  Nurturing Creativity and Innovation o Technology provides students with powerful tools to create new and innovative products. Technological literacy fosters an entrepreneurial mindset and encourages students to create creative solutions to real-world problems. Through the use of technology, students can express their creativity and contribute to the advancement of society (Why is Technological Literacy Essential for Students?, 2023) .

 Enhances Student Engagement o Students with a strong understanding of technology are more likely to participate in academic activities than their peers. When students have a good understanding of technology and can use it to communicate with their peers and teachers, they tend to be more motivated to participate in learning activities and class discussions (Why is Technological Literacy Essential for Students?, 2023) . 4. You should ask yourself “Will this help all students think and learn more deeply?” before including any technology. Share another question that should be asked. “Is this technology accessible and use-friendly for all students?” This question I believe is crucial to address because it considers factors like the students varying levels of tech-savviness, reliable internet access, and whether the technology is compatible with various devices the students might use. This would help ensure all students have an equal opportunity to benefit form technology. 5. Search the internet to discover two INNOVATIVE technology ideas to share with your peers.
