Thank you, AJ, and welcome everyone. So, what will it take to get our message out to our intended audience? Well let’s dig into these numbers a little bit. Our focus will be on the forms of communication that are practical and effective.   Push notifications are an excellent form of communication. The overall cost to develop a push notification is minimal yet the benefits outweigh the costs. They reach customers instantly as well as generate quicker return responses than emails. Our research has shown that a single software engineer can create a push notification quickly, while taking advantage of our amazing app with millions of users already at our disposal. We have calculated it will take 1-2 days for the engineer to implement an FYI style push notification with a link to a sustainability focused survey. That same engineer can monitor the data for the delivery and click through rate (or CTR for short) for approx 1-2 hours a week to gauge its overall performance. Accounting for all costs associated with the engineers 24 hours of work creating and monitoring the push notification, the overall cost will be approx. $2,781.60. We will also utilize Web banners and surveys to disseminate our message. Web banners, as well as surveys, will be relatively easy to implement as we can apply our existing infrastructure like our website and app, which will help curb additional costs. Our research has shown that we will only need 2 of our in-house web developers working for approx. 2-3 days to create each message from scratch. We will again account for the time needed to have our web developers make any necessary tweaks to the banner as well as pull the survey results for analysis, which will take approx. 1-2 hours a week for the length of the campaign. Accounting for all costs associated with the developers’ 64 hours of work getting the banner and survey completed and monitored, it will cost approx. $3,311.36. We have chosen to implement our sustainability communication campaign for approximately 3-4 weeks as research has shown that after 4 weeks, web-based surveys have a diminishing value. Afterwards, we can assess how effective our communication has been throughout the campaign to determine if it would be beneficial and cost effective to continue the campaign as is, implement different mediums of communication or stop the campaign outright. These costs I have outlined are strictly for this 3-4 week phase of the campaign. Now to wrap it up I am going to hand it over to Melody for our conclusion.
