Alejandro Arguelles Martinez Student CIS 288M-10759 Module 9 Lab Deliverable 1: Using Internet Resources explain what the difference between a Network Adapter and a Network Interface is. A network adapter, often referred to simply as a "network card" or "NIC" (Network Interface Card), is a hardware component that physically connects a computer or device to a network. It can be an integrated component on the motherboard or a separate expansion card. A network interface refers to the software component of the operating system that manages communication between the computer's applications and the network adapter. In summary, while a network adapter is the physical hardware component that connects a computer to a network, a network interface is the software abstraction within the operating system that manages communication between the computer and the network adapter. They work together to enable the computer to send and receive data over the network effectively. Deliverable 2: Take a screenshot showing all the performance counters that have been added.
