Milestone 2
2
Part 1
Identify 5 to 10 minimum viable features for a general solution. List them out and provide a
description on what each feature would look like. Rate each feature by its importance with 5
being the most important and 1 being the least important.
Part 2
Develop and describe three concepts of a solution based on your identification of your key
minimum viable features. Please provide one paragraph per concept.
Part 3
Design a decision matrix using the following structure:
a.
Set your minimum viable features from part 1 as the criteria for this decision matrix.
b.
Assign a weight for each criterion (e.g., criterion #1: 20%). Your total weight should add
up to 100%. Justify your reasoning.
c.
Rate each solution on a scale of 1 to 5 (1 = lowest, 5 = highest).
d.
Identify the solution that received the highest rank and justify why that was the case.
Part 4
Create a value proposition canvas (VPC) for your highest ranked solution from part 3. Please
provide one VPC diagram for this section.
Part 5
Using your VPC diagram, deduce a VP Statement that communicates the clearest benefit(s) that
your target audience will receive from your highest ranked solution.
Part 6
Conduct an environmental assessment using two methods of analysis that were introduced in
class (e.g., SWOT, PEST/LE, Porter’s 5 Forces). Summarize the outcomes of each analysis method
in 1-2 sentences.

Next, your task involves analyzing data collected from various sources, interpreting the findings, and presenting them effectively. Based on the concepts and techniques discussed in Module 9:
Describe the process you would follow to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data collected from your research. Include specific methods (e.g., content analysis, thematic analysis for qualitative data, and statistical analysis for quantitative data) and explain why these methods are suitable for your project.
Propose strategies for effectively presenting your findings. Consider different presentation methods (e.g., structured notations, storytelling, graphical representations) and justify which method(s) would be most effective for your audience and study goals.
Note: Your response should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of data analysis, interpretation, and presentation in the context of human-computer interaction.
