A program planning model is needed to ensure that all scopes of the intended program are outlined and that program goals are met. Looking at the different program models it is important to understand what a program is and how it can affect a business or healthcare organizations plan. “A program is a collection
of projects that relate to one another, and are therefore managed together in order to achieve maximum efficiencies. The advantages of managing these similar projects make them stand better together than by themselves (Lopez, 2020).” When determining which program planning model to incorporate into ones course project it is important to understand the advantages and disadvantages as well as the similarities and differences. The program planning model I chose is the PRECEDE-PROCEED model. This model is intended to assess the health needs in implementing, evaluating and designing in health promotion (Crosby and Noar, 2011). The model can be broke down into to vital sections that determine the structure for planning and
the structure for implementation. PRECEDE in this model is used to identify the structure for planning a targeted program while PROCEED is the structure for implementation (Crosby and Noar, 2011). The positive of this model is it provides steps to be followed throughout its course to make it easier for the program to stay on track. The negative aspect of this program goes hand and hand with the positive aspect to the program which is the precise instructions that are given to follow do not allow for adaptation if a problem were to arise. Comparing the PRECEDE- PROCEED model to the logic model one can see the similarities and the differences between the two models. The similarities are both models provide structure to an organization that is targeting specific populations and they help define the programs intended goals. The differences between two models are the PRECEDE-PROCEED model involves the community while the logic model does not and the logic model is a representation of how the program is supposed to work without allowing casual attributions to become a factor. Draw the activity diagram of the below description of the build process of the proposed system.
This week the project task for students is to identify the purpose and scope of a proposed system. If it is identified, design the system, then build it. After that, evaluate this proposed system: if it is finished, then that is it, otherwise, refine the proposed, and go back to design, build, and evaluate activities, continue in this till the proposed system is completed.

Course: System analysis and Design
In assignment #1, you were requested to write the preliminary investigation report, which is the result/output of the first phase of the SDLS. The preliminary investigation report is used as input to the next phase i.e., systems analysis phase, where a system requirements document is created that captures the needs of all stakeholders.A successful project manager must determine the requirements before starting the design process. In this assignment you are requested to write the requirements of a student registration system. There are several techniques used for representing requirements.
In this assignment you are asked to represent the requirements of the student registration system using Natural Language, Functional Decomposition Diagram, and Use Case Diagrams.

Consider a scenario where a task is dependent on another task being started but not necessarily completed.
For example, a project may depend on a task being started and one-fourth completed before the group could start their portion of the project. Do you think this situation occurs frequently in systems projects? Why or why not?

Pair programming is an agile software development technique in which two programmers work together at one work station. One types in code while the other reviews each line of code as it is typed in. The person typing is called the driver. The person reviewing the code is called the observer. The two programmers switch roles frequently (possibly every 30 minutes or less). Suppose that you are asked to build a system that allows Remote Pair Programming. That is, the system should allow the driver and the observer to be in remote locations, but both can view a single desktop in real-time. The driver should be able to edit code and the observer should be able to “point” to objects on the driver’s desktop. In addition, there should be a video chat facility to allow the programmers to communicate. The system should allow…

methods (II), the issue statement (II), the goals (III), the significance (IV), and the

Organisations have at their disposal a variety of tools and techniques to select projects that best align with the organisational strategy. Project Managers are often tasked with the responsibility to select potential projects and to motivate their selection to senior management in order to procure commitment of funds and resources. The Business Case is a justification for a proposed project or undertaking based on its expected commercial benefit and is utilised by the project manager to represent the project effectively to senior management.
Using the criteria stated below, construct a business case for a project of your choice:
Introduction/background
Business objective
Current situation and problem/opportunity statement
Critical assumptions and constraints
Analysis of options and recommendation
Preliminary project requirements
Budget estimate and financial analysis

Create an activity diagram. Use these steps to help you make your activity diagram: a. Identify activities that you need to perform to get the task completed. b. Identify other actors (people or systems) that need to do their part so that you will get yours done. Make sure to separate responsibilities among different actors. c. Identify a situation in this process that may require decision. d. Are there any aspects of this process that might require parallel action? If there are, include the modeling constructs would you need to use to express parallel action. e. Create a process model describing the situation you chose using the UML activity diagram standard.

GCS has many customers. Each customer has a customer ID, name, phone number, and region.
GCS works by projects. A project is based on a contract between the customer and GCS to design, develop, and implement a computerized solution. Each project has specific characteristics such as the project ID, the customer to which the project belongs, a brief description, a project date (the date the contract was signed), an estimated project start date and end date, an estimated project budget, an actual start date, an actual end date, an actual cost, and one employee assigned as the manager of the project.
The actual cost of the project is updated each Friday by adding that week’s cost to the actual cost. The week’s cost is computed by multiplying the hours each employee worked by the rate of pay for that skill.
The employee who is the manager of the project must complete a project schedule, which effectively is a design and development plan. In the project schedule (or plan), the manager must…

After gathering the requirements, we must begin the Analysis of the system to be developed. The UP recommends that we use the UML diagrams to represent the ideas, concepts, activities, etc. Therefore, using Microsoft Visio or Lucid chart as your tool, draw a high level abstraction Use Case Diagram for the Hospital Appointment Management System.
Then draw a more detailed Use Case Diagram for the same Hospital Appointment Management System.
Draw an Activity Diagram for one of the Use Cases in the Use Case diagram.

System planning's goal is to match particular system initiatives or
applications with the organization's overarching strategic goals.
Actually, as it describes where the organization wants to go and how it
plans to get there, the business plan of the corporation acts as the
basis for the systems plan.
Describe why it is considerably less expensive to identify and resolve
a problem early on in the system development lifecycle than it is to do
so later.

From Wikipedia.: “Change management is a collective term for all approaches to prepare, support, and help individuals, teams, and organizations in making organizational change.” Software engineering is an area that changes are considered as an inherent aspect of development. Requirements can change from the beginning of the project and may even change after the release of the product with new requests or changes the existing features.
What are ways to manage change management in requirements engineering?
