ECE Project Circuit Analysis & Virtual Build Include Your name and the Name of your Partner You and your partner must both submit a copy of the report but you should collaborate with each other to answer the questions. For all the following circuits, 1. Solve for all voltage drops across resistors and current values in all branches. 2. Build the circuits in the phET simulator and check your values using the ammeter and voltmeter. Include a picture of your simulation in your report. To build them, choose “Intro” and drag and drop components to match the series (1) and parallel (2) circuits in the pictures below.

What happens when you swap the probes on the voltmeter? 3. Using Circuit Two as a starting point, change something about the circuit. This can be adding a switch, changing the values of the resistors/voltage source, or adding more components to the circuit. What did this change about your circuit? What did you learn from this? Measure the voltage and current across all elements in your circuit. Record the measurements you made.
