Abstract
Student enagagement is a very pivotal matter in the field of education. Both the student and the teacher has the responsibility of engaging in the classroom. The teacher has to be intentional about the involvement of students in the classroom. The student must be intentitioanl about his or
her interaction in the classroom. This endeavor should allow the students to learn how to communicate effectively as they pursue their learning. Having ongoing interaction in the classroom between the teacher and student and their peers. This can build up their confidence along with having good and impactful social skills for their overall growth and development as they matriculate throughout their learning.
What is student engagement, and why is it important?
Student engagement is having interaction with both teacher and student as the teacher instructs and give implementation to his or her students and then allow time for students to enage
in reflecting on the lesson and instructions given by the teacher. It is commonly believed that engaged learners care about the subject, feel motivated or excited to learn, and take ownership of
their own learning (

). Moreover I belive the importance of student engagement is because any who has taught a course or class has used the student participation grade resource as a primary assessment of engagement. Further what we have learned about the complexities of motivation, engagement, and learning, many professors have stopped this practice in favor of more active learning strategies and inclusive teaching practices. But if we want to assess what we value, we can design reflective and thoughtful assessments of engagement for the students overall social skills and also help to embrace diversity.

How is engagement created or promoted? I believe that engagement has more to do with the expectation of the teacher. I also believ that is starts with the teacher. As the teacher go over the goals and objctives for the class it shoulbe be understood that students are to participate in the learning process in the class. In essence it created and promoted by creating a substantial space where students feel safe and comfortable to express themselves is essential for promoting engagement. Collaborative learning
is also a powerful tool to enhance engagement, as it encourages students to work together and exchange ideas (

In doing this the students build their own ideas about who and why engagement is important they can also leanr the magnitude of how it will help them currently and in the future as they enter into their professions. Using learning centers that can help the students to see importance of knowing how to do their own engagement skills also using STEM. Having other effective tools in place that will increase the learning aspect and then allow each student to reflect on the learning as they finish a unit or chapter and then allow them to break up into small groups and then decide a way they can promote engagement in the classroom and beyond.
Is non- organic as effective as organic.
As an educator I believe that Both forms of engagement are effective, while both must exist independently, and both should emphasize one another. I s should be understood that in repects to both organic engangment and non orgnic engagement that Higher education institutions, since the beginning of implementation, whether for-profit or non-profit, are considered big businesses. Every business has a plan, purpose, and goal. Higher education institutions' customers are its students. Students pay for a service, which is education. In return,

students receive the best possible education the institution of their choice can provide. With that in mind, not every institution provides the same quality service. The buyers or consumers must look at these institutions individually or personally to find an institution that meets all of the student’s particular needs.
Statistics show over 50 percent of students enrolling at traditional universities in the United States today graduate within a six-year time period. This is a way of see into the detail understanding and difference between the non-organic engament versus organice engagement (https://elearningindustry.com,2019).
Can true engagement be fostered in the online educational environment?
I believe that true engagement can be fostered because it allows both the student and the teacher to ask open-ended questions along with asking the students what they know about a topic
before instruction or their prior knowledge. Also, integrating student discussion into the activies that given and then have the students to explain in detail their belief, model and or theory to their

Students interactions with one another in a school environment can either be positive or negative but when the teacher can see the student’s ability to resolve conflicts between their peers as engaging them in how to effectively respond and interact to a situation that’s not so positive and they allow their effective communication skills to work for them in trying to solve a problem by actively engaging in a conversation that brings resolve shows that both the student
