1. Describe your leadership skills. What are your strengths as a leader? Communication: Knowing how to listen to the team and being able to transmit information in a clear and precise way. Emotional intelligence and empathy: It is essential to know how to put yourself in the place of others to understand their needs and concerns. Commitment: Believe and trust in the team and feel committed to the company's objectives and to the people who are part of it. 2. How do you feel about your ability to resolve conflict in the workplace? I am good at resolving conflicts in the workplace because I can work under pressure and present appropriate options that benefit everyone. 3. Describe your experiences working with a team in this course. What team-building skills did you display through your ENGL 222 Team Project? Initially, I was not very excited about working in a team as I prefer to do things independently. However, as the days and the project progressed, we all worked as a team to finish the job, and something fundamental was communication and commitment. Otherwise, we would not have been able to do it. 4. How would you describe your professional brand in three to five words? Rate your confidence levels in communicating your professional brand: a) through a traditional career marketing package (resume, cover letter), b) during an interview, c) through digital storytelling. Professional, organized, teamwork. I have more confidence in doing written work than presenting it in person, similar to an interview, since there is time to correct, add things, or modify them until everything looks good and it is professional work. 5. Describe your written communication strengths. Identify one area you'd like to continue to grow and improve. Clarity: The reader understands what I write, so they take the necessary action or ask for more information. Correctness: The tone of the writing and the use of accurate grammar and punctuation. In addition, the tone I choose matches the purpose of your message. I want to improve the outline's creation since by creating it practically, the subsequent development of the work will be more effective and organized.
6. Describe your presentation strengths. Identify one area you'd like to continue to grow and improve. The visual support is one of my strengths, all presentations have eye-catching colors, statistics and adequate amount of text, this generates more interest in the audience and the message is transmitted in a better way. What I would like to improve is to expand my vocabulary, so I can use more technical words and the presentation will be more professional. 7. Describe your visual communication strengths. Identify one area you'd like to continue to grow and improve. One of my visual communication skills is my ability to discriminate between reliable and fantastic sources. To connect with my audience, I want to learn more about visual aids and illustration as I develop and improve. 8. What tools do you feel most confident about including in your 21 st  century business communication toolkit? Which tools do you consider your greatest strengths? What areas do you still want to work to improve? I am most comfortable using visual aids, graphics, and PowerPoint presentations in my toolkit for corporate communication in the twenty-first century. Given how this might be designed and narrated, I believe PowerPoint consideration might be the most effective. I want to improve my public speaking abilities to present more persuasively.
