Review of Daymon Worldwide
The employer I chose was my wife’s company. The company is Daymon Worldwide. It is a child company
of Advantage Solutions. This is mainly advertised as a marketing company. She works in the accounting
department. What the company actually does, it is a middleman in the factory to retailer’s logistics
chain. Daymon worldwide helps create a retailer’s generic product. An example would be great value
products from Walmart. They do not represent this brand but do the same work with other brands.
The
brand logo used to be completely white, with the graphics being super crowded and busy. The
rebranding cleaned up the logo and packaging to be more compelling and attractive to today’s buyer.
This change happened back in 2009.
This example is near perfect in showcasing what service Daymon
provides.
Biggest Division of Daymon
The biggest division in the company is the sales teams. We hire sales teams to sell the generic
factory/retailer products to the supplier. Daymon Worldwide then gets paid by the supplier a
commission for the retailer/factory product sold.
Daymon’s Five Step Program
Daymon Worldwide has a five-step process on their website to sell to possible customers. They call it
DRIVE. It stands for Discovery, reveal, initiate, visualize, and execute. Daymon worldwide during the
discovery step will analyze your business, consumer, and the marketplace to see how we can help.
Daymon then during the Reveal step creates a customized assessment with key insights, and implications
to inform and define a successful program. During the visualize step, then during the Initiate step, starts
the strategies and brand development. For the visual step, Daymon employs our creative team to help
bring the brand to life.
Finally, during the execution step, Daymon will then put your strategy to work by
getting the products and the shelves. (

Daymon Locations
Daymon worldwide is a global company. They have divisions all over the world. My wife primarily works
for the United States, and the Canada divisions. They no longer have official corporate offices since
covid. We have sales teams in the retailers/ factory’s offices. So, they can work hand in hand with the
Retailers. The support staff such as the accounting department, and technical support all work remotely.
Some sales divisions also work remotely as well.
Conclusion
My reaction to their website is neutral. Their website is neutral, standard corporate website. There is
nothing super negative or “red flags” on the website. I do think that they could have personalized it to
increase sales a bit more. I think they are relying too heavily on one video explaining their blueprint to
success.
