2 Novelty of AI technology has led to significant opportunities, in the healthcare field. The rapidly evolving AI technology can profoundly impact healthcare, potentially saving lives. By leveraging AI technology, nurses and healthcare workers can focus more on patients' centric approaches and utilize time efficiently. AI can lead to automatizing time-consuming tasks. An integrated team of doctors, nurses, and artificial intelligence can streamline the process involved. AI can revolutionize the healthcare industry in many ways. AI has its set of drawbacks and challenges when integrating technology mixed with the healthcare workers working together towards building a better future. Artificial intelligence has a significant impact on the healthcare industry. Healthcare is rejuvenating in multiple areas throughout the healthcare industry; patients and healthcare professionals have been able to use AI's precision in medical image analysis. Some areas in which AI is revolutionizing healthcare are diagnostics, where AI can be used for a precise data analysis and creating medical images, identify any micro to major anomalies in X-rays, and interpret MRI scans. The technology can detect diseases at the initial stages. Healthcare professionals can make tailored treatment plans for patients with the help of AI technology; as we know, one size does not fit all for patients. With this technology, each patient can have the exact plan they need to get the medications, therapy, and care they need and deserve. While were laughing with Baymax in Big Hero Six, Health services have already begun to invest in the virtual health assistance for a better patient centric and engagement in healthcare services. In the near future, the realm possibilities would introduce medical robot for a better patient centric services While some have concerns about AI's involvement in healthcare when it comes to privacy or sensitivity of information. According to Arun Ramachandran, AI integrated in the
3 healthcare brings in the immense opportunities. He states that AI has its own set of critical challenges and ethical considerations when it comes to adoption (2023). While keeping a patient's information private is a grave matter, there are ways that can mitigate the potential data breach or leading to the ethics violations and leaks. Suppose patients have a choice in using AI technology with the consent. But by using patient consent, it is important to understand what AI technology can do to help them and those in their care going forward. Transparency is critical, not only for patients but for healthcare professionals as well. AI technology's data and decisions need constant monitoring for errors and patient safety. Not only that, but AI technology must have fairness and equality clauses. Part of transparency is that the data and algorithms used should be shared with all healthcare professionals, apart from the patient and their family members. Ethics are another essential factor in the use of AI technology. While AI can do several things, it cannot erode the human factor. The ability to talk to the healthcare professionals can be delivered at the patient's best interest the to use data. The EU has started on guidelines to investigate and make a framework. K. Bærøe, A. Miyata-Sturm, and E. Henden wrote in an article called "How to Achieve Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence for Health" that as they are based on a fundamental rights approach, the relevance and importance of these guidelines can be considered universal. Doctors' patient confidentiality must be assured even with AI technology. The patients must be aware that AI can be used to help them while at the same time assuring the health care professionals can integrate AI technology with best interests of the patient. There cannot be a fully AI healthcare center, as the emotional bonds between healthcare professionals and their patients are fundamental in healthcare. Doctors and nurses can empathize patients feel better than the AI technology adopted. Healthcare professionals can make confidants and
