PLTW Professional Development Classroom Teacher Training Block 4 Submission Form Implementation Planning Guide Thus far in your PLTW Launch Classroom Teacher Training, you’ve experienced several modules, while focusing on the PLTW Launch experience, the APB instructional approach, the PLTW Launch student experience, and the role of the PLTW Launch classroom teacher. Now you will explore modules on your own in preparation for implementation in your classroom. This Implementation Planning Guide helps you begin to plan to facilitate your module(s). The following sections walk you through the planning process: Introduction, Connections to Standards and Curriculum Framework, Preparing for Facilitation, and Next Steps. Use the links to jump to the sections. Part 1: Introduction Part 2: Connections to Standards and Curriculum Framework Part 3: Preparing for Facilitation Part 4: Next Steps Part 1: Introduction PLTW Launch modules have been designed to connect to the national standards— including science, English Language/Arts, Mathematics, and computer science standards.
